The IBH PA 8000 Windows PC-based CNC retrofit system for ELCEDE and LKS plus compatible laser systems uses advanced laser control features. This completely eliminates the individual feed override switches previously needed to regulate axes in different directions. It also eliminates the potentiometers for the laser focus height control (nozzle adjust). Finally, it gives the added capability of setting speeds and focus heights for individual axes in all axis directions for both two point and three point, but also custom adjustable cuts. In real-time, the CNC calculates proportionally the velocity along the path for both angle and curves. Simultaneously the height control parameters are used to auto focus the laser along the path. |
